First use of this florist and ordered directly through their site. Disappointed that I paid for a premium arrangement for an Important funeral while the delivery was quite a bit smaller than the photo. One rose looked less than full and unfortunately carnations, which I consider a flower for a cheaper arrangement, were used. For $120 I feel like this arrangement looked like a $70 dollar one.

Husband order flowers for my birthday. Flowers look nothing like the picture. My 7 year old good of done a better job at arranging the flowers. The white roses were already Turing brown. Will never order from them again!

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral service. The flowers were delivered the day AFTER the service. I have called and left two voicemails now and no one has returned my call. I will be filing a dispute with my bank if my call is not returned and the order refunded in full. I even received an email confirmation that they would be delivered on the day of the funeral service. **Update: the order was refunded in full. The follow up email from the shop, however, left much to be desired from a customer service standpoint.

This first picture was what I ordered. The second picture is what was delivered. Absolutely no where the same. I get it that I ordered close to Mother’s Day but don’t even have the option for the Peruvian lilies if you can’t fulfill the order. I paid 77.95 for Peruvian lilies and for the premium size. 100% not satisfied at all. This is horrible.

I just received flowers, order #21524. My name is Carole Carr. This was the worst arrangement I've ever seen. There were 15 tulips shoved into a vase so tight you can't get them out. The vase itself is too small for the arrangement. Most of the tulips are over 12". The vase is no more than 6" giving the arrangement a top heavy appearance. So disappointing, the were sent as a rembersnce for my brother who just passed away. Some remembrance. I will never order from your company. You should go to Nanz and Kraft for lessons in floral arrangements.

It’s not often that the arrangement and the quality of flowers matches the photo on a website. I called in an order 90 minutes before closing and they were kind enough to make it happen.

Flowers sent were completely wrong. I ordered a bouquet of blue hydrangeas which are my mom's favorite flower and instead they delivered white roses and lilies. My mom HATES lilies. If you can't fulfill an order at least reach out instead of guessing blindly.
